In addition, there are solutions to the "funding" issues surrounding Social Security and Medicare, two programs which are currently part of the national budget but should not be. There is a proposal for a new income tax form which eliminates the differences and treats all individual Americans as just that, individuals, paying the one rate for everyone with the first $50,000 of each person's income being tax exempt.
