The EVP Magnus 3" Turbo-Back Exhaust System for the 2017+ Can-Am Maverick X3 is a handcrafted, high-performance masterpiece designed for maximum flow and a refined acoustic profile. This complete 3" system replaces the entire exhaust path from the turbocharger to the exit, eliminating the restrictions of the factory downpipe and muffler to unlock significant power gains.
TIG-welded from premium 304 stainless steel in the U.S.A., the Magnus system delivers a deep, aggressive growl that remains sophisticated and never becomes obnoxious.
Ordering Options: Rear Styling
The Magnus system offers two distinct ways to finish the rear of your X3, allowing you to choose between a factory-plus look or a full race-inspired conversion:
| Option | Style | Included Components |
| Keep Rear Valence | OEM-Integrated | Includes a Black Powder-Coated Block-Off Plate with Brushed Stainless accents to cover the original center exit. |
| Delete Rear Valence | Race/Minimalist | Includes a Signature EVP Heat Shield (Black) that mounts directly to the exhaust can for a clean, open look. |
Performance & Construction Features
-
Full 3" Flow: A complete turbo-back design that maximizes exhaust velocity and minimizes backpressure for peak turbo efficiency.
-
Handcrafted Quality: Precision TIG-welded 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish on both the downpipe and muffler.
-
Enhanced Durability: Includes a heavy-duty exhaust support bracket to ensure the system remains secure under extreme off-road vibration.
-
Customizable Aesthetics: Rear accent pieces (on the block-off plate) or the heat shield can be easily custom powder-coated by the user to match any color scheme.
-
Optimized Sound: Engineered specifically to provide the "big-bore" sound X3 owners desire without excessive cabin drone.
Compatibility & Installation Notes
-
Vehicle Fitment: Fits all 2017-and-newer Can-Am Maverick X3 models.
-
Shielding: This 3" performance system is not compatible with OEM heat shields.
-
Ready to Install: The kit includes all necessary hardware and brackets to transition from the factory setup to the high-flow Magnus system.
Technical Note: Because the Magnus system removes the factory catalytic converter and downpipe restrictions, an ECU tune is highly recommended to optimize the air/fuel ratios and take full advantage of the increased exhaust flow.
EVP NOTE: The product that you are purchasing is designed and intended for closed course competition use only and is labeled as such, i.e. EVP "Race Series." EVP Race Series products are neither designed nor intended for use on public roads or land.
SHIPPING NOTICE: All EVP exhaust system are handmade-to-order. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery.
