ACT's 6-pad, spring-centered race disc features a spring-center to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. We needed extra storage options in a very small space. These brackets are good quality, several anchor options were included and they look great. These are 8 in. brackets and wooden boards are 8 in. wide and we cut to desired length.
