Ultimate Sock is a 4ply yarn with 384 metres (420 yards) and it has a range of beautiful classic Malabrigo colours.
Fibre Content: 75% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nylon
Yarn Weight: Fingering /  4ply
Meterage: 384 metres (420 yards) per 100 gram skein
Gauge: 30-32 sts =10cm swatch of stocking stitch
Needle Size: 2.25mm - 3.25mm
Hook Size: 2.25mm-3.5mm
Washing Care: Machine washable, gentle cycle, cold water, do not tumble, dry flat

Dyelot Batches: Like all Malabrigo yarns, Ultimate Sock is kettle-dyed in small batches of 5 skeins by artisan dyers and is full of subtle variation and beauty. We suggest buying enough in the same dyelot batch to complete your project as skeins may vary from bag to bag hence the separate dyelot listings. To ensure random colour distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball.

This was my first book by Catherine Cowles and I am sooo hooked on this series!! I fell in love with Holt & Wren. It’s so easy to see the love between Holt & Wren never went away and all they did for 10 years was delay the inevitable. The emotional pull between the characters really stood out to me, and I found myself completely invested in their dynamic. Even though it’s a shorter story, it didn’t feel lacking ~ if anything, I just wanted more by the end. I’m so glad I already have several of her books on my shelves because this definitely made me excited to keep reading. A solid 4-star read and such a great introduction to her writing.
