I have the Clipper Freedom solo canoe in the Kevlar Ultralight lay up with the black trim . It weighs in at about 40lbs. that is not really that light for a 16’7″ ultralight solo canoe . But it feels more solid than other ultralights like the Wenonah Advantage. It is an older Jensen design and has front and rear flotation tanks. Like the Advantage it has a foot brace and a sliding bucket seat. Like the Advantage it has good speed and is fairly stable, but what really sets it a part from the Advantage is the 3 way adjustable seat.

It is a well made solo canoe that is a little on the heavy side, but a joy to paddle.

Thanks for all your help with the canoe.  Delivery went well, and I've been in the water since April a couple times each week.  I find it very stable unless leaned too far; this is the opposite of my other solo which is unstable at rest but firms up to the gunnels.  I can cruise at 8 km/hour if I put my back into it.  It's a fun boat and it gets quite a bit of attention.  I made a contoured yoke that clamps onto the seat rails, but for short carries I just put the front of the seat on my shoulders.  I have the seat in the highest position, and it's easy to switch from sitting to kneeling on the go.  I think I made a good choice.

Good for my collection.
Format: Hardcover
This was another quick and entertaining read. This instalment wasn't as enjoyable as some of the other books but it was still good. I'm glad to have it in my collection.

All around helpful---worth the money!
Format: Paperback
This guide has been most helpful for all the folks I help prepare for the iTEP test! It gives insight into what each section of the test is looking for along with examples and great tips about actually TAKING the test. In the Writing and Speaking sections, it also gives sample scores and comments from the Master Grader which is very helpful too.

Comprehensive, clear and coherent!
Format: Paperback
The iTEP Practice Guide combines a no-nonsense approach to the specific iTEP tests and at the same time offers exercises that task the student with what they need to know. Exercises not only serve the purpose of scoring well, but the overall approach is communicative competence. We use the text in our group and one-to-one classes with very positive--and lasting--results.

No recomiendo
Format: Paperback
