Pushing the limits of the N platform, Bisi?s car featured upgraded turbos and high-performance tuning, resulting in the OEM intercooler showing its weaknesses and inability to shed heat from the turbo system.With technology taken from CSF?s #1 selling BMW N54/N55 intercooler, the front face of the intercooler features CSF?s exclusive rounded bar/plate design, which aids the air entering the intercooler core by curving around the front bars rather than hitting and scattering on the surface of a traditional flat-bar faced intercooler.CSF?s stepped-core design maximizes all of the available frontal area behind the front bumper and underneath the crash bar. The stepped-core protrudes upwards in front of the A.C. Condenser and sits just shy of the crash bar, for both the Veloster N and i30 N.Through prototype testing and data acquisition with Bisimoto, the decision was made to keep the OEM-sized inlet and outlet connections. This resulted in low pressure drop, even considering how much larger the CSF intercooler is ? in addition, this feature removes the need to include costly and unnecessary silicone hoses, allowing CSF to offer the N community the best value, entering the market at the most aggressive price point.The CSF #8238B comes in a black finish. Worth it!

I was worried it wouldn't work as well since it's 50 mil and I thought I got the wrong thing. Nope! Works great. Did all four doors on my 93 civic and I have enough for the floor I think. Solid price. Noise reduced by about 5 decibels hive difference. Very sticky and easy to apply I'm so happy I was able to cover most all of my car. If I need more, definitely buying this since I got so much extra and I thought I would.
PS: that five decibel thing is only with the four doors. My firewall is next and then my floor, but it's such a huge difference

Quiet your vehicle noises

Put this in our high roof van and couldn’t believe how much quieter it was at once. Really cut down on the vibration noise Nice and easy to install just peel n stick. Was also easy to cut with scissors for smaller areas. Seemed to be really nice quality. Didn’t notice any odor.

Good stuff. I did a lot of work on my 91 Toyota Land Cruiser 3FE. I did the inside and outside doors, as well as the under-hood area, with some extra work. I like this stuff. It sticks down good but you have to clean your surface so there's a good grip. I think these are going to do well for noise cancellation. The deadening material does well with absorbing vibrations too. But the install roller tools it will come in handy. Trust me trying to do it by hand is not worth it.
