"Blue" Gene Tyranny's debut album Out of the Blue - newly remastered with original cover art - which was among the first to releases on Lovely Music in 1978 alongside Robert Ashley Private Parts, David Behrman On the Other Ocean, Jon Hassell Vernal Equinox, Meredith Monk Key, and Peter Gordon Star Jaws. Disarmingly direct, funky, and profound, Out of the Blue is an equanimous, wide-open exploration of Tyranny's musical world: equal parts song cycle, tone poem, keyboard fantasia, and avant-garde pop record. Recorded and mixed by Tyranny at Mills College, this album emerged following the legendary 1976 Trust in Rock concerts, where Tyranny and collaborator Peter Gordon presented New Music for rock band. "Next Time Might Be Your Time" and "For David K." were co-produced by Gordon, and also feature Mills's Maggi Payne on flute as well as Oingo Boingo's Steve Bartek on guitar; "Leading a Double Life" is sung by Lynne Morrow and Jane Sharp, accompanied by Tyranny on piano and polyMoog synthesizer; "A Letter from Home" is a half-hour electro-acoustic narrative meditation on "the Doppler effect as a metaphor for the development of consciousness." Out of the Blue lives up to it's name: it is both surprising and familiar, revealing for the first time something that was always already there.

protection plan is easy.
The protection plan worked on my coffee pot. It was just over 14 months and started to leak. I first called amazon and they sent me a link to the protection plan. It was very easy to use. I received a Amazon gift card instead of a replacement. The price of the coffee pot had increased so you will receive the lower option. I did receive the total cost of the pot at the time I purchased it.

It is worth purchasing a Protection Plan on an unfamiliar item
Bought a 3-year protection plan for a nut milk maker machine for $5.99. It was a fairly new kitchen item in our household and we were not familiar with the brand. So, I bought the plan for a piece (peace) of mind. The machine worked nicely for about 18-20 months with daily use until it tripped the circuit outlet.
My initial chat with Asurion did not go as I expected due to discrepancy on their end as they see a protection plan for the nut milk maker as a sporting goods valued between $100-$199, not as a kitchen item valued between $30-$39.99. ( I had bought 3 different protection plan on th same day for multiple items purchased on Prime Days). They were looking at a different plan and I was unable to get them to "scroll over" to the appropriate protection plan.
I tried again on a different day during the first hour of their contact hours and had a cheerful Asurion agent who was able to find the appropriate kitchen item protection plan. It was a simple and thorough conversation and transaction. I was refunded within hours after I packed up and dropped off the damaged item out to UPS.
Moral of the story: Asurion Protection Plan is worth it and contact them at the start of their first day shift, not at the end of their evening shift.
