Elevate your creative workstation with the ASUS ProArt LC 360 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler—engineered to meet the thermal demands of high-performance content creation builds. Whether you're editing 4K video, rendering complex 3D models or managing intensive workflows, this premium cooling solution ensures your system remains whisper-quiet and thermally efficient, even under prolonged load.

At the heart of the ProArt LC 360 is an advanced three-phase motor designed to deliver outstanding cooling performance with reduced vibration and minimal noise—ideal for creators who value both power and peace. With speeds of up to 3000 RPM, 68.99 CFM airflow and an ultra-low acoustic profile of just 39.5 dB(A), these 12 cm fans offer both performance and refinement.

One of the cooler’s standout features is its illuminated status meter, seamlessly embedded into the pump cover. This intuitive display provides real-time system metrics—CPU load, temperatures and fan speeds—at a glance, empowering creators to monitor performance without interrupting their workflow.

Designed with both aesthetics and function in mind, the ProArt LC 360 features durable 450 mm sleeved tubing for enhanced flexibility and compatibility across diverse chassis types. Its minimalist, matte-black finish aligns perfectly with other ProArt components, offering a sleek, cohesive look for professional setups.

one of the best books I’ve read
Format: Kindle
This book is transformative in how I view everything. There are two categories: people who need to read this book and people who need to read it again.

Started w/ audiobook, now I'm ordering the print too
Format: Paperback
This book is GREAT!! The integration of theory she uses to support her claims is masterful. I began listening to the audiobook, because it was cheaper & I go through a ton of counseling & psych books. I am a grad student in social work, and I'm also a therapy client trying to heal myself. I appreciate that this book targets "chronic shame" which as a central experience to a bunch of issues. The hundreds of books and articles I've researched seem like they were mostly ALL working back to this issue. In a psychology culture that is big on cognitive and chemical solutions to mental health, the relational approach that she emphasizes is critical to the healing process. I appreciate the research she uses from object relations, affect regulation, interpersonal, etc. I purchased the hard copy because 1. I can't underline/highlight an audiobook and 2. I want a copy of the references of theorists and study's that she draws from, because they are pure gold. All therapists need to understand the contents of this book! Unless you are perfectly fine offering band aid solutions. Clients and self-helpers beware. It's not triggering in terms of content, it is activating in the sense that she describes the felt experience of shame SO WELL. I could locate my own felt sense of shame which is, by default, unpleasant. Some stabilization and a decent therapeutic connection is probably necessary before cracking this book open. But that's why I love it. I needed to go deeper and get the core issues. And this book is like a map that guides you right to it.

One of the best books on shame out there
Format: Paperback
As a shame researcher and educator, I often refer to DeYoung's book because it is so full of resources and relational tools for clinicians and individuals relating to the neurobiology of shame. It is a very small book with A LOT of information. Many references to the shame research and suggestions for treating shame in clinical practice from a perspective of right brain relationship dynamics. Thank you Patricia!
