The BD name became recognized in 1989, when the company introduced the first exhaust brake for the burgeoning diesel pick-up truck market. BD's roots, however, actually date back to 1972, when Valley Fuel Injection, Ltd. first opened its doors. Today, Valley Fuel Injection and BD Diesel Performance are one, with eight specialty divisions that focus on diesel power train components: Fuel Injection Calibration Department, Exhaust Brake Manufacturing, Electronic Circuit Design and Assembly, Transmission and Torque Converter Design and Remanufacturing, Turbocharger Design, Installation and Research and Development. Worth it for peace of mind to have in car
Works as described. Have used twice now. Takes a few minutes but will put air in tire. The cord is long enough to reach every tire.

Delivers great PSI for a small package
Unit works great ! I love the fact you can preset the psi. cut off ( I had to pump up some air shocks to 135 the unit did it with no problem ! )

Excellent Value for Price
I highly recommend one of these in your vehicle for emergencies. Don't fall for those handheld cordless ones you see on social media. Those will only inflate 1-2 tires before depleting. You have unlimited power for the plugins and it will inflate at least 4x faster.
The AstroAI is compact, lightweight and powerful for its price. Everything folds into its rectangular form factor for easy storage. The UI is simple and to the point. You can easily set the target pressure and it will auto stop. It's also a nice looking design with black and yellow which are common colors for power tools and emergency equipment.
If I were being picky, the 2 minor cons that you'll find in other brands are: no option to plug into wall outlet & doesn't come with a case or bag.
