Suar wood always varies in tone, color, and pattern. Wood is a living material that expands and contracts, causing cracks and knots. We take steps during shipping and in our warehouse to dry and coat suar wood items, but they may still contain moisture that can seep in over time.
It is recommended to treat the product annually with a protective oil, which will also revive the color.
