This training pack gives you 2 tubes of PH 1000 so that you can test the on-course hydration in training, plus some PH 1500 to help you start optimally hydrated and some Electrolyte Capsules to help you nail your wider hydration strategy.

What's included:

PH 1000

• On-course at 2026 IRONMAN® Global Series races
• You need 3 things to nail your race nutrition strategy; fluid, sodium and carbohydrate. PH 1000 is a low-cal electrolyte drink designed to help you hit your fluid and sodium numbers. It delivers 1,000mg of sodium per litre, which is about what the average athlete loses per litre of sweat
• It will be served pre-mixed in bottles on the bike and in paper cups on the run
• A selection of energy products and snacks will sit alongside PH 1000 on-course to help you hit your carb targets. “Decoupling” your fueling and hydration can be beneficial during longer endurance races, as you can adjust each one individually as needed
• Enhances the absorption of water during physical exercise
• Hypotonic formula for faster absorption
• Independently batch tested (by Informed Sport) for a wide range of prohibited substances on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) list

• Designed to help you start hydrated (and stay that way once you're sweating, if you're a heavy/salty sweater)
• Typically used before/after intense exercise; And when sweating by athletes with very high sweat/sodium losses
• Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance the absorption of water during exercise
• Powdered drink mixes that mix up into a ~3% carbohydrate solution (when mixed as directed)
• Delivers 1,500mg of sodium per litre, when mixed as directed
