Wardruna reissues new Gatefold 2LP of their album "Runaljod - Ragnarok". It is the third installment in a trilogy of albums that began with "Runaljod - gap var Ginnunga" (2009) and continued with "Runaljod - Yggdrasil" (2013). In short, the ambitious idea behind the trilogy was to create musical interpretations of each of the twenty-four old Nordic runes. It proved to be a lengthy and challenging task. Some of the material on the album even date back to 2003 and the early stages of the project, when multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Einar Selvik started to develop the genre-defying sound and style that Wardruna have become known for. It is a contemporary sound, but one that is characterized by the use of old and historical instruments like Kraviklyra, taglharpe, goat horns, birch-bark lures and more. The vocals range from whispering voices to melodic song and mighty choirs. All performed with sincerity and conviction.

Clinician and client reference in Somatic Therapy
Format: Paperback
This book is written as an office reference.
Part of this book is dedicated at the clinical level towards the professional. The book has somatic techniques for the professional with explanations. It helps the professional understand the work and identify things while working with the client.
Then part of this book is written with patient hand out materials and exercises. Those sections are similar to what one would see for a client workbook.

Looks like it will be helpful
Format: Audiobook
I'm not very far into this one yet, but so far, I love it. I bought the kindle and audible versions. It is nice to be able to listen to the exercises to go through them, and to be able to look up the specifics of any exercise. With whisper sync, I can point to an exercise in the kindle, and have audible read it to me. Great.
the exercises I have tried so far seem like they are going to be helpful.
