We believe in supporting small business and we know you will see the difference. Our delivery team will foam wrap as well as blanket wrap each table. We hand deliver and carry the table inside your home at no additional cost. We take the worry and stress out of everything, that's the Barn To Table Rustics difference you will see. At Barn To Table Rustics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture, please review our return policy below.

• Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Furniture must be in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and undamaged.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. 

• We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

• Photos of the damage or defect may be required for processing.

• If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover all shipping costs.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. These will be deducted from your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• If exchanging for an item of greater value, the difference must be paid at the time of the exchange.
