Esperanska was born back in 2006 when Micky and Dom decided to found a band where they could merge latin ska punk with Portuguese lyrics and folk elements. Since then the line-up changed various times until 2011, now there are 7 members on drums, guitar, bass, trombone, trumpet and sax. 'Latin ska' does not match the whole variety of styles mixed up by the band anymore. The guys, rooted in Portugal, Germany and elsewhere around the Mediterranean create some fresh sort of crossover between folk, rock, ska, surf, swing and popular music. Their first longplayer 'Palhaçada' is recorded and mixed by Dermarco at their Burnin Tunez Studio and by Stefano Iascone (Figli di Madre Ignota, Roy Paci, Solidamor, Firewater ...) at RecLab Milano. Love these!

Love these! As I write this review, I’m sitting in my recliner with these on. I have had other silicone socks in the past and would like to share a few of the things that I have learned.
These fit great! The others were 2-3 sizes too big because you could not order a size. I wear a size 7 women’s shoe. I got the smaller size. I walked around my apartment in my old ones and they got kinda yucky. Now, I sit in my recliner, put them on and chill for a few hours. I now take them off and put in a ziplock bag so they stay nice and clean (no cat hair!). I use them once a week usually on Saturday or Sunday as I’m a working girl. Also, I use Auqaphor before I put them on and put cotton socks on after I’m finished. Your feet will be SO soft. This is not a one and done…I do this every week especially during sandal season! I know this was lengthy and I hope you got some tips.

Stains easily. Tight for men's size 11 feet

Husband wore dark cotton socks over these gel foot covers overnight and the covers picked up color from the socks. Tried hand washing, even dabbing with a bleach soaked paper towel, but the stains remained. The covers are a bit tight for men's size 11. Edit: After a few more hand washings the stains began to fade. However one tore around the leg opening when taking it off.

Worthless. Tore on first use.

The first time I put these on my feet, the whole toe broke right through. They were a proper fit and my feet are well pedicured. Just very poor quality. I don’t recommend.
