Shadow Work is about being extremely honest with ourselves, acknowledging, confronting, and working through all of the open wounds that need healing, so that we can stop bleeding all over ourselves, the people we love, and the people we're going to want to build healthy relationships with in the future.
Is the work easy? No.
Will it be worth it, though?
