Oversized faded Tee: Ni De Aqui, Ni De Alla
The phrase "ni de aquí, ni de allá" is a common expression in Spanish that translates to "neither from here nor from there." It's often used to describe someone who doesn't feel fully connected to either of two places or cultures, feeling somewhat like an outsider in both.
Given Puerto Rico's complex colonial history and its status as a colony of the United States, the phrase reflects the cultural identity struggles faced by many Puerto Ricans. So, the phrase "ni de aquí, ni de allá" reflects the sentiment of being caught between different cultural, social, and political identities."
