Pacemaker 2.5" Performance Exhaust System with 1 3/4" Tuned Headers & Rear Pipe Only for HSV VZ Sedan (6.0L V8) - PP5361-20
Unlock major horsepower gains and unleash an ultra-aggressive muscle roar from your 6.0L Gen IV engine with the Pacemaker Sport Systems complete performance exhaust solution. Specifically engineered for the high-performance HSV VZ Sedan platform, this high-flow setup replaces the standard rear tail muffler assembly with an unrestricted, straight-through "Rear Pipe Only" section. Featuring 1 3/4" primary tuned headers paired with a balanced twin 2.5" mandrel-bent line, it delivers maximum exhaust gas velocity while providing an unfiltered racetrack bark. It is the ultimate match for cammed, modified, or high-scavenging 6.0L builds that demand peak track-day performance and an intense sound profile. Note: Fits HSV VZ Sedan models (2004–2006) equipped with the 6.0L Gen IV LS2 V8 engine.
Features:
Precision-manufactured in Australia to deliver the absolute peak in flow efficiency, heavy-duty scavenging, and raw acoustic output for the high-performance HSV sedan platform.
- Complete Headers Setup: Total kit featuring 1 3/4" primary tuned headers, 3" hi-flow cats, and active piping sections.
- Rear Pipe Configuration: Built with a straight-through rear pipe replacing the standard tail muffler for maximum exhaust bark and unrestricted flow potential.
- 1 3/4" Tuned Headers: Proven primary tube design engineered to optimize mid-to-high end power potential and volumetric efficiency.
- Premium Materials: Constructed completely from durable Exhaust Grade 409 Stainless Steel for superior longevity under high thermal stress.
- Mandrel Bent Tubing: Heavy-duty twin 2.5" (63.5mm) pipe structure ensures a smooth, constant internal diameter to prevent backpressure.
- Hi-Flow Cats: Supplied with 3" premium high-flow metallic catalytic converters transitioning cleanly to a high-velocity 2.5" path.
