Atomic Shift² 13 MN Ski Bindings

The Atomic Shift² 13 MN is a hybrid freeride touring ski binding built for skiers who want efficient pin-tech touring on the climb and powerful, Multi Norm Certified alpine-style performance on the descent.

Why It Works

  • Hybrid Touring Performance: Switches between pin-tech touring mode for uphill travel and locked-in downhill performance for confident freeride skiing.
  • Micro AFD: Provides precise boot interface adjustment with improved lateral stiffness for stronger power transfer and better durability.
  • Oversized Platform: Creates a stable connection to the ski, helping drive wider freeride and touring skis through variable snow.
  • Hike & Ride Switch: Makes transitions between climbing and descending simple, secure, and intuitive.
  • Multi Norm Certified: Compatible with a wide range of normed alpine, GripWalk, and touring boot soles when adjusted by a certified technician.

Ideal For

The Shift² 13 MN is best for advanced to expert skiers who split time between resort laps, sidecountry missions, and backcountry tours. It is ideal for freeride-oriented setups where downhill confidence matters, but uphill efficiency is still part of the plan.

Technical Specs

  • DIN Range: 6-13
  • Recommended Skier Weight: 145-275 lbs
  • Brake Widths: SH90, SH100, SH110, SH120
  • Weight: 920 g per binding
  • Boot Compatibility: MN Multi Norm Certified + Pin
  • Adjustment Range: 30 mm

How It Compares

Compared to traditional pin bindings, the Shift² 13 MN delivers a more alpine-like feel on the descent. Compared to a standard alpine binding, it adds pin-tech uphill capability for touring access without giving up the secure, powerful ride freeride skiers expect.

Bottom Line: The Atomic Shift² 13 MN is a do-it-all freeride touring binding for advanced skiers who want one binding that climbs efficiently and skis hard on the way down.

Mount your freeride touring setup with the binding built to bridge the gap between uphill access and downhill power.

Aggressive chewer who loves fetch approved!!
Size: Medium, Size: Medium
I highly recommend the Chuck-It brand in general, especially for dogs with an aggressive bite. These balls are awesome and are the most durable balls I’ve bought for my 50 lbs lab mix. He has not been able to break one of them yet and we’ve had a few of the squeaky balls for months. They are a bit pricey but worth it. The one in the pic has been used for months, lives outside and you can see it’s still in great shape.

Good quality dog ball for playing fetch
Size: Medium
My dog and family love these chuck it balls to play fetch with our dog. They are durable and fun. They squeak which is added fun for any dog! Regular tennis balls my dog chews apart and they get pretty gross after playing and being left outside. These can be easily washed off and cleaned. These balls last! Would recommend to anyone with a dog and would purchase again.

Best flip-flops I've met
Size: 11, Color: Black/Geyser
Right away I was impressed by the thichness and cushioning of these flip-flops. They are not a flimsy piece of rubber under my foot. The sole is more like that of an athletic shoe with layers and an impressive tread. I've always found that my heel sits too much on the back edge of flip-flops, or even over it. So I ordered these just a half size large and they're perfect. The foot cradling allows my heel to sit down inside the flip-flop comfortably and securely. They're not about to fall off. The toe piece (I don't know what it's actually called) is not just the typical round rubber post. On these flip-flops it's nicely shaped and fits comfortably between my toes. The arch support is nice too. They're not just flat. In spite of being more substantial than the cheapies we all know, these remain lightweight. They clearly look better too
