Succulent & Cactus Soil Media Mix 900 gm pack
This is a Fine grained Media which is ideal for planting cactus and succulents. It is washed several times and sieved and finally graded for usage. How does it helps your Cactus and succulents ?
- Unique composition helps prevent fungi and bacteria.
- Prevents root nematodes from breeding and spreading.
- This media helps in good drainage of water, thus preventing root rot.
- However, the particles of media itself are of porous material which can retain water. This retained water is absorbed by root hairs of the plant.
- The slow evaporative release of water in inter granular spaces helps keep the roots cool in summers, without excessive water logging around the roots.
- Avoids salt build up in the pot and keeps the media PH low.
