La Revista Bioptica naci— de una visi—n de unir c’rculos de poes’a aislados y hacer puentes entre divisiones ideol—gicas entre escritores en las lenguas de inglŽs, de francŽs, y de castellana, con la esperanza de hacer circular ideas entre los espacios literarios que se extienden de AmŽrica del Norte hasta CentroamŽrica y AmŽrica del Sur y a travŽs del OcŽano Atl‡ntico hasta Europa, principalmente en Par’s, Francia donde la mayor’a de las poetas, artistas, y escritores viven.
