Exotic Other is the debut album from London-based four-piece Animanz and Argentinian and Congolese vocalist Juanita Euka. Featuring nine infectious funk-infused tracks, the album is a dynamic journey through rocking exotica. Flavours from rhumba, cumbia and merengue to the punk attitude and electro energy of the club-funk sound of title track Exotic Other represent the fast-paced and diverse nature of their home of London. Started as a collaborative project between childhood friends Max Rodriguez (guitar), Joshua Brandler (bass), Marc Goymour (keys) and Andrea Gucel (drums), Animanz was formed in 2013 when they threw themselves out into London's multi-layered music scene. Since then the band have grown to encompass a genre smashing collective which welcomes guest performers from all over the world, and the musicians they've met along this varied path have provided the band with a vehicle to help them develop their multi-textured approach to rhythm.Animanz explain: We write party tunes, so the groove and energy are the most important things. Everything else just fits around that. Disappointed.

This sweater is so comfortable and very soft. It fits well in a flattering, oversized way. But after one wash it is pilled everywhere which makes it look old and shabby. It’s at a price point where I feel compelled to return it.

Super cute, highly recommend

Absolutely love this sweater, I purchased a size small and it fit perfectly. It’s very soft and can be worn with a button up shirt underneath or by itself. It was true to color and was white and black. Just like the picture showed. It’s not super warm by itself, but with a shirt underneath much warmer.

Light, soft sweater

I liked this sweater so much, I bought it in other colors. This review is for the brown sweater, which is a warm brown color. I wear colors in the cool color palette, including cool-toned or ashy browns (see photos for comparison), but decided to keep this sweater to wear in the Fall. Color reminds me of milk chocolate. These are my go-to sweaters! Easy to pop on and wear with jeans or slacks for a put-together look. I normally wear a US Medium, but I returned for a Small. You may want to size down. Sweater is soft and comfortable, quality is great, and the weight is light and perfect for Spring or Fall. They have washed well, and I have dried in the drier for about 10 minutes before removing to finish drying on a rack.

This is super cute! Beware the ‘beige’ color is very much a white sweater with black stripes so one star gets taken away for that. Go figure. But otherwise super cute. Cropped so beware of that but good quality!
