• Instruction For Preparing Essiac Tea:                                                 
• 1. Measure out  30g of the herb mixture for 1 Litre of water.                                                                           
• 2. Combine the herbs and water in a stainless steel or cast iron pot, simmer for 10 minutes.                                                                  
• 3. Turn off the heat, cover and leave over night.                                         
• 4. The following morning, heat to steaming, not quite boiling.  
• 5. Turn off heat and let settle for a few minutes then strain through a fine strainer into a hot sterilised jar. Let cool.                
•  6. Store in Cool and dark, once opened refrigerate.                         
• 7. Take 15 to 30ml diluted in hot water at bedtime on an empty stomach, drink plenty of water while using.
