How to Use (Quick Guide):
Diffuse 3–5 drops to create a calm space before sleep or during unsettled moments. For topical use (3+ months), dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and apply to feet, pulse points, or back of neck. Add to a warm bath (pre-mixed with carrier oil) to help relax the body and mind, or blend into a gentle massage oil for a calming bedtime routine. You can also create a light room or pillow mist to encourage a peaceful sleep environment.
