The SABRE Door Security Bar with Alarm provides strong protection against forced entry through hinged and sliding doors for peace of mind that doors stay closed and secure. Superior to other door security bars, SABRE's HS-DSBAB contains an ear-piercing 115dB vibration detecting alarm for hinged door installations to help scare off an intruder and can be heard up to 1,100-feet (335-meters), notifying others of the attempted intrusion (the alarm is not for use with the sliding door installation). Even better, the alarm will continue to sound after the door is closed to discourage intruders from reattempting entry. This door brace features a 20-gauge steel construction that resists bending, and the pivoting rubberized foot provides a strong grip without scratching floors. Unlike other door security bars, the SABRE Door Security Bar with Alarm adjusts to 40 height positions (2x more positions than our door security bar without an alarm) to ensure a custom, tight fit, extending 29.5” to 44” (74.9 to 111.8 cm) for hinged door installations and 27” to 41.5” (68.6 to 105.4 cm) for sliding door installations.
