*建議搭配食材：雞絲60g、小黃瓜1 條、香菜末、蒜末、花生
*作法
1.雞胸肉燙熟，撕成雞絲備用
2小黃瓜切粗絲，蒜頭、香菜末備用
3起一鍋水，粉皮先泡軟，滾水煮8分鐘，冰鎮瀝乾
3.粉皮鋪上雞絲、小黃瓜絲淋上手作芝麻將包、醬油包，撒上蒜頭、香菜末、花生，最後擠上天然哇沙米醬即完成。
