How I found out that I'm Allergic to ashwaganda
I had a very bad reaction to this product. I had a very sore, scratchy throat. Felt like I was going down with the flu. My entire body was itchy too. My doc told me to stop taking this because I am most likely allergic to ashwaganda. I threw the remaining pills in the trash. I am feeling much better now.

Wrecked my stomach
Shipping was months late.
DOESN'T SAY IN DESCRIPTION THAT THEY SHIP FROM CHINA.
NO RETURN OPTIONS
When they finally arrived, I took them for 3 weeks and my stomach was a wreck. Couldn't eat, very bloated, felt constantly full, nauseous 15-20 minutes after taking it and couldnt go to the bathroom regularly. DO NOT BUY!!

Great product!
I've been taking this gut health product for 10 days and can tell a huge positive difference already! I am 65 years old and have been overweight for about 13 years. I have been unable to lose weight until recently through diet and exercise, but after losing only 10 pounds I was unable to lose more to reach my goal of 30 pounds.
