Finally - a new transmission from the evil geniuses responsible for unleashing Naomi Punk and Weed on a wider audience! Less abrasive than either of the aforementioned, Mega Bog occupies just as singular a space in the "weird pop" world inhabited by their label mates. Couple Skate haven't steered US wrong yet, and this one promises to be another break-out success story. Get on board on the ground floor! a thick green mist, a lush chill vibe; after 5 years and countless self-released tapes and CDs, Megabog - the brainchild of songwriter Erin Birgy - have completed their best work to date; a swirling pop cloud called Gone Banana. Influenced equally by the emotional psychedelia of Kevin Ayers and the pop whimsy of Steely Dan, Gone Banana is a joyous declaration of artistic independence and purpose. Alternately a tender songwriting project, a blazin-hot jazz-rock combo, or an open forum for goofy one-offs and fragile experimentation, Mega Bog is ultimately whatever Birgy wants it to be on a given day. Sounding equal parts Ariel Pink and Prefab Sprout, the assembled cast rip through 9 hazy burners with a tightness hidden behind layers of drizzle and reverb. Representing a unique moment in Birgy's songwriting maturation, Gone Banana is an immersive listening experience and a peek into the life of a truly strange soul.

Well worth the reasonable price!
My dogs love these. They hold up well to chewing and tugging. They’re a hit and will buy on repeat!

Hard diameter to find
I took a chance on these ropes being the right size diameter for my English Bulldog. So many times in pet stores they either have just the huge diameter for the large breed dogs or the very small diameter and length for the little dogs. These were perfect and a great value getting two ropes of the same size.

Great value for my money.
Strong and durable and just the right length my puppy can't bite my hand while playing with him

These are NOT meant for regular play like the other reviews seem to think.
First things first, ignore 90% of these reviews. The reviews saying these balls didn’t last very long clearly don’t know what they’re meant for. These are not “drop and play” kinds of toys. They’re meant to be used as reward toys. Meaning they get used during training sessions for a quick game of tug to reward the dog for good behavior. These are NOT meant for unsupervised play, and not meant for dogs who don’t have reliable recall or drop/Aus commands.
That being said, my dog is 95 pounds and stands 29” at the shoulder. She’s a big girl who plays rough. Immediately after opening the package, we did a quick training session with these reward toys. They held up EXTREMELY well. They are made of rubber which means she doesn’t shred them in one short game of tug unlike some of the foam reward toys you will come across. I did have to tighten the knot below the ball before using them, but that’s to be expected with any rope style toy.
If your dog does not have a reliable drop command and they are any larger than maybe 25lbs, I would not suggest using the smaller ball. If Nikita didn’t have a reliable drop command, it would be incredibly easy for her to wind up choking on the smaller ball. Even the large ball is pushing it on choking hazard size for a large dog, but again, reliable drop commands are important.
