Performance and Versatility
The UniFi NAS 2 is equipped with a Quad-Core ARM® Cortex®-A55 1.7 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM, providing a smooth and responsive experience. Its high-speed 2.5 GbE RJ45 port ensures that data transfers are fast and efficient, minimizing bottlenecks in your network. For added flexibility, a front-facing 5 Gbps USB-C port allows for easy connection to external drives for quick data transfers or backups. The device supports two 3.5" hard drives (also compatible with 2.5" drives) and is optimized for RAID 1 configuration to ensure data redundancy and protection.
Simplified Management and Power
As part of the UniFi ecosystem, the UNAS 2 is managed through the intuitive UniFi Drive platform, requiring UniFi Drive version 3.1.7 or later. A 1.47" color LCM display on the front provides key system information at a glance. Setup is further simplified with Bluetooth 4.1 for initial configuration. A standout feature is its ability to be powered by PoE++ (802.3bt), allowing for a clean, single-cable installation when connected to a compatible UniFi switch. For convenience, a 60W PoE++ adapter is also included.
