The jacket is certified to a range of safety standards, including the Railway Industry Standard (RIS), EN ISO 11612, and EN 1149, making it suitable for use in a variety of high risk industries, such as rail and petrochemical.
The MV35 Modaflame RIS Jacket features a number of design elements that make it practical and easy to wear. The jacket has a two way front zip and a storm flap with snap fastenings, which help to keep the elements out. The collar is designed to be comfortable to wear, while the cuffs and waistband are elasticated for a secure fit.
There are a number of pockets on the jacket, including two chest pockets with flaps, two lower pockets with side access, and a handy phone pocket on the sleeve. The pockets provide ample storage for personal items and tools, while the reflective tape on the sleeves and shoulders helps to increase visibility in low light conditions.
