Sing for Vision is a 2-hour vocal wellness experience that uses sound and voice to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner clarity at the start of the new year.

This is not a singing class or a performance-based workshop. Instead of focusing on technique or expression, the experience works with breath, gentle vocalisation, simple rhythm, and collective sound to help the body slow down and return to a grounded state. As the nervous system settles, clarity can emerge naturally — without force or effort.

Sound is used as a somatic and relational tool, supporting reconnection between body, heart, and mind. The session is designed to be psychologically safe and inclusive, inviting participants to explore their voice and presence gently, without pressure to sound a certain way or “do it right.” Each person is encouraged to engage at their own pace, according to their comfort level.

No music or singing background is required.
