Blip Korterly kicks off a game of graffiti tag on a local overpass by painting a simple phrase: Uh-oh. An anonymous interlocutor writes back: When? Blip slyly answers: Just a couple of days. But what happens in just a couple of days? Blip is arrested; his friend, Dr. Flake Fountain--a molecular biologist--is drafted into a shadow-government research project conducting experiments on humans. The virus being tested--cleverly called the Pied Piper--renders its victims incapable of symbolic capacity; that is, incapable of communication. Is this biological weaponry? What would happen if it were let loose on the world? Does a babbling populace pose a threat or provide an opportunity for social evolution? This novel's absurd, larger-than-life characters speak in exuberant prose that is as satirical as it is playful, as full of implications as it is full of mirth. It's no wonder Just a Couple of Days has become an underground cult classic. This grassroots phenomenon will reach even more soon-to-be fans in its newly updated Harvest edition-- complete with an excerpt from the author's next bookBinding Type: Paperback

These are really nice and comfortable. Love the design and color. The memory foam makes these feel so soft and comfy. A
very good value, worth it. Its also the right size and the quality seems good.

Great slippers made very well for a great price!
Size: 10.5-11 Women/10-10.5 Men, Color: Black
I am in love with these cat slippers. Part of me thought they wouldn't be of good quality but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised! The sole on these slippers is strong and sturdy which was one of the main reasons I purchased these. Prior to owning these I had a different pair of slippers that had a soft sole, every time it would rain my feet would get soggy with these slippers I don't have that problem. The cute cats were the other reasons for purchase, they are just so cute! The stitching on them seems to be sturdy and very well done. AND the best part, THE SIZE RANGE! I am a women with rather large feet, size 12 in women's to be exact. I can never find cute feminine slippers in my size but these not only have my size but they were actually true to size and fit!

Runs a bit small
Size: 8-9 Women/7.5-8 Men, Color: Black
I absolutely LOVE these slippers. They are very comfortable. I would suggest going up a size when ordering. I normally wear a ladies 7 or 8 in shoes (pending how the shoe is made). I ordered these in the sizes 8-9 category and I'm glad I did. They fit just right, so I think the sizing is a bit off. I love the soles on the bottom as well. I feel like I have finally found a great pair of house slippers...and they're CUTE!!!
