- Abrasion-resistant 600 denier polyester outer shell with abrasion-resistant 1000 denier nylon on shoulders and elbows
- Abrasion, impact, and tear tested and CE certified A EN 17092-2
- Armanox® shoulder and elbow armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1
- Armanox® back armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.2, Level 1

The Hyper-Tec 2.0 Jacket features a performance fit with rolled shoulders and pre-curved, rotated sleeves, ensuring optimal mobility for riders. The 4-way stretch fabric at the shoulders and elbows allows for unrestricted movement, enhancing comfort during long rides.
