A gorgeous, lyrical picture-book biography of Vincent van Gogh by the Caldecott Honor team behind The Noisy Paint Box.Vincent can't sleep . . .
out, out, out he runs
flying through the garden--marigold, geranium, blackberry, raspberry--
past the church with its tall steeple, down rolling hills and sandy paths meant for sheep,
He dives at last into the velvety, violet heath, snuggles under a blanket of sapphire sky,
and looks up, up, up . . . to visit with the stars. Vincent van Gogh often found himself unable to sleep and wandered under starlit skies. Those nighttime experiences provided the inspiration for many of his paintings, including his most famous, The Starry Night. Van Gogh sold only one painting in his lifetime--but he continued to pursue his unique vision, and ultimately became one of the most beloved artists of all time. From the same team behind the Caldecott Honor Book The Noisy Paint Box, Vincent Can't Sleep is a stunning book that offers insight into the true meaning of creativity and commitment. Praise for The Noisy Paint Box: "Even those who aren't inspired to visit a museum will take away the lesson of Kandinsky's life: Listen to what excites you and follow its call." --The New York Times * "Rosenstock's prose strikes a balance between lightheartedness and lyricism. GrandPr 's paintings conjure up an entire epoch . . . breathing life into all the characters." --Publishers Weekly, starred * "The rich word choice is a delight: pistachio, cobalt, and saffron introduce readers to colors while hissing, blaring, and whispering reveal the sounds of the colors. . . . This is a beautiful blend of colors, music, and life." --Booklist, starred * "A rich, accomplished piece about a pioneer in the art world." --Kirkus Reviews, starred * "The book offers diverse potential for different types of study, whether one is reading for information or for pleasure. Outstanding." --School Library Journal, starred

Rich, masculine, woody experience that differs from most body washes
This soap is almost meditative. Rich Woody, smoky, deep experience. Masculine. Not overly fresh, but extremely pleasant. This lathers and cleans better than most soaps. I’ve tried. I use a lot of Cremo brand products. Their soaps sud well and feel great. This one really caught me by surprise on how much I enjoyed it. If you’re tired of the normal synthetic body wash smells, give this a try.

Frankly I think it’s the best body wash in existence. Smells great and a single pump is all you need so it lasts forever

Elevates my shower routine—luxury scent without the luxury price
I’ve been using the Cremo Palo Santo body wash for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The scent is rich and complex—bright cardamom, dry papyrus, and aromatic palo santo blend together to create a fragrance that’s both grounding and refreshing. It’s like a spa experience in your own shower.
The formula lathers up beautifully, turning into a creamy foam that feels moisturizing without being greasy. My skin feels clean and soft afterward, not tight or dry. I appreciate that it’s designed for all skin types, and I haven’t experienced any irritation.
What really stands out is the longevity of the scent. It lingers subtly on the skin, and I’ve even noticed it on my clothes the next day. It’s not overpowering, just a pleasant, masculine aroma that makes me feel put-together.
For the price, this body wash offers a premium experience. It’s a great way to elevate your daily routine without splurging on high-end brands. I’ll definitely be repurchasing and exploring other scents in Cremo’s Reserve Collection.

smells luxurious
smells so luxurious. i am on my third bottle and just purchased the fragance as well as the bar soap. thats how much i love the fragance. i wills say, its really intense smell so dont recommend if you are sensitive to strong/lingering smells. leaves my skin super soft. great value for the money, honestly suprised that is not more expensive. its advertised for men but i use it too and love. definetly good for women too who like intense woody/smoky scents.
