清光緒年間，鹿港糕餅先驅--鄭槌先生自泉州來台，後設立鄭玉珍餅鋪，從此開創了糕餅茶點的新紀元。
鄭槌由於糕餅手藝技巧高超，所作糕餅口感絕佳，更創新口味，其間創作出最盛名的糕餅； 如鳳眼糕、豬油米老、石花糕，參加全國名產調查會，全國飲食糧品大品評會榮獲金牌賞，這些糕餅，因而流傳至今，成為鹿港名產的由來。

Outstanding!

Outstanding! Engrossing! I couldn't stop listening. It touched my soul on so many levels. I have a deeper level of respect for Ms. Cross, after this book. And having the audiobook spoken in her own voice, made it even more special. I will now have to purchase the hard copy.

She always conducted tv interviews and delivered her commentary in ways that uplifted and challenged. She writes in a way that captures the imagination and expresses solidarity with her people. Great atlas for travel in British Columbia
Format: Spiral-bound
My spouse and I used this atlas during our recent travel within British Columbia. It is very useful with its broad details of data and the quality of the maps. There are two different scales of maps, depending on the purpose of the map - "Recreation" or "Landscape". The best scale is 1:300,000 on the landscape maps, which is certainly better than most road maps, especially when you consider the road network included in these landscape maps and the large size of the province. I recommend this atlas.
