CYB5A present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human CYB5A Antibody is added and binds to CYB5A in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CYB5A antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing

The Human (CYB5A) Cytochrome B5 ELISA Kit measures Cytochrome b5 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human CYB5A antibody. CYB5A present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human CYB5A Antibody is added and binds to CYB5A in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CYB5A antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human CYB5A. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I will admit, I thought their picture was off, because when I saw 16" in the title I was expecting the distance between the knots to be 16 inches in length. So if you're looking for a good length tug-of-war rope for a medium to large dog, look somewhere else. I'm not returning it, it's good quality cotton rope asides that. My dog needs a new toy and cotton ones are harder to find. Next time I'm going to their amazon store directly to look for what I wanted though. I will buy from them again, I like the quality and the fact that, for once, cotton is actually cotton.
