Roger has amassed numbers of boats in his paintings that have come and gone. Roger has inadvertently captured and recorded a body of work that is a national and local treasure, cataloguing the heritage of Penzance, Penwith, Cornwall; through his painting and art style which are vibrant in colours and with bold strokes. This is a gem for boat and history lovers.
ÒHis colourful, cheerful works are a manifestation of his freedom to paint
from life as he sees it. His paintings are warm, witty and well worth seeing.Ó
