This condensed Medicine Buddha practice, a translation of Mipham Rinpoche's Medicine Buddha sadhana, can be used for personal practice for yourself or another, and in conjunction with Neden, practiced for the deceased. The “Short” practice is used for daily, weekly, or monthly practice. The “Long” practice is used for the Medicine Buddha Monlam each year at Orgyen Khamdroling, Denver CO.

Definitely NOT a down-like pillow, so if that's what you're looking for, this is not for you.
