BRUSHLESS TRANSMISSION
The ARRMA TYPHON MEGA 665 4x4 comes standard with a 3S brushless-capable transmission, allowing for an easy upgrade to a brushless drive system for greater efficiency and even higher driving speeds.
OVERLOAD CLUTCH
Instead of a slip clutch, an overload clutch is installed to reduce maintenance and protect the gearbox from excessive torque.
ROBUST, VENTILATED CHASSIS
The robust chassis is ventilated to keep the integrated components cool. Large side guards provide additional protection from dirt and sand. The integrated, monochrome electronics ensure an attractive appearance, and the battery straps can be adjusted to accommodate a 2S hard-case LiPo battery of your choice.
RACING BUGGY BODY
The body of the TYPHON MEGA 665 4x4 Racing Buggy is held securely in place by a hidden, clipless mounting system. The body is available in a variety of bold factory-painted colors and features a high-downforce wing.
SPECTRUM ELECTRONICS
High-quality, waterproof Spektrum electronics allow for worry-free bashing in all conditions. The 40A SLT 2-in-1 ESC/receiver unit is LiPo compatible. For precise steering, ARRMA has installed a powerful S661 digital servo with metal gears, which delivers 125 oz-in of torque at 6V.
SPEKTRUM SLT2 2.4GHz TRANSMITTER
The included Spektrum SLT2 transmitter is perfectly balanced for fatigue-free bashing and features a foam steering wheel for precise fingertip control. Less experienced bashers can set the throttle limiter to 50% or 75% until they're ready to unleash the buggy's full speed potential.
MEGA 665 ENGINE
The TYPHON MEGA 665 4x4 buggy's 14-turn MEGA 665 high-speed brushed motor is faster, more powerful, and 11% larger than the previous model's 550 motor. It features an aluminum heatsink and a 35 mm fan for increased efficiency and performance.
ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION
The all-terrain independent suspension and oil-filled shock absorbers of the TYPHON MEGA 665 4x4 racing buggy effortlessly absorb shocks. You can also tackle uneven terrain with ease by simply increasing the ride height and thus the ground clearance.
