- Inhalations : 2-3 drops in warm water/humidifier
- 1-2 drops to the desired area after dilution [2% EO in carrier oil/base]
- Use with potpourri, diffuser lockets, aroma burners, aroma diffusers (may not work with all burners/diffusers since it is made in almond oil which may be heavy for some burners/diffusers)
- Run a warm bath and add 6-8 drops
