This kit is based on Double antibody Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti PRSS1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody.

The Human PRSS1 (Trypsin-1) ELISA Kit measures PRSS1 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti PRSS1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with PRSS1 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of PRSS1 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

So this spice rack is amazing, if you know what you're getting. I have had a similar one in the past that was just one level. It was great and made organization easy. This being two levels tall means you have to take that into account because it's going to change the shelve layout in your spice cabinet. It wasn't a problem for me and still ended up being a net positive for making the most out of the space, but my friend bought the same ones and ended up sending them back because they wouldn't fit into his smaller cabinet. If you are aware of that going in and know it's going to work for you, they are amazing. They slide smoothly, they hold a ton, and make getting to the items in the back infinitely better. Decent price for such a huge quality of life improvement for my kitchen.
