Artwork and Copyright Infringement |
We will not print any images or artwork that infringe upon the copyright or trademark of another individual or company, including logos, branding, or designs. Customers must provide proof of ownership or written permission to use any artwork submitted for printing. If proof is not provided, we reserve the right to decline the order. If copyrighted material is detected, we will contact you directly to address the issue and determine the next steps. All images are deleted as soon as order is shipped unless customer requests otherwise. |

Custom Goods Supplied by the Customer |
For orders where customers supply their own goods, a 10% spoilage allowance applies. This accounts for potential production errors or defects during the printing process. We will not be responsible for spoilage exceeding this percentage. Customers should provide high-quality goods to ensure the best possible results. |
