- Adjustable thermostat ranges from 70°F to 200°F with a top-mounted control panel and analog thermometer.
- Ducted heating and insulated construction help maintain even cabinet temperatures.
- 304 stainless steel body and 5" casters, including 2 with brakes, provide durability and mobility.
- Water pan in the floor duct can add humidity to help protect food quality during holding.
