ATGBICS Lantronix® compatible TN-SFP-LXB12T SFP 1000Base-BX form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 10km over single-mode fibre (SMF) using a wavelength of 1550/1310nm via an LC Simplex connector. This product operates within an industrial temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

Hides the cables. A little expensive but works well. When drilling the holes, be sure to be mindful of the overhang of the net compared to the brackets and the paper template.
