Now you can try out and play push in leadpipes in your coarse and fine threaded slide receivers while maintaining tonal quality! Beautiful knurled nickel silver gives you a polished look! No need to permanently alter your slide receiver to try the sound of push in leadpipes!

New from Mike Olsen and Westside Machine in Wisconsin, these small threaded rings allow you to use a variety of threaded leadpipes on other brands of trombones.  Convert your slide receiver from fine thread to coarse thread or from coarse thread to fine thread! Made of beautiful knurled nickel silver to maintain tonal quality while giving a beautifully finished appearance, these adapters are so simple and easy to use! Simply screw the appropriate adapter into your slide receiver. Now you can play almost every kind of threaded leadpipe you choose!

Conn Adapter

Fits Conn Gen II 88H and 62H slides, also Getzen and Edwards. The outside has a fine thread.  The inside contains a bi-thread that will accept both fine thread and coarse thread leadpipes, including Bach, Conn, Getzen, Edwards, Schilke, Shires, Kanstul

Coarse OD, Fine ID Adapter

Fits coarse thread Kanstul and Shires large tenor or bass trombone receivers, allows use of fine thread Getzen, Edwards, Conn and Bach leadpipes

Fine OD, Course ID Adapter

Fits fine thread Getzen and Edwards large tenor or bass trombone receivers, allows use of coarse thread Shires and Kanstul leadpipes

Bi-thread ID, .684 Bach Adapter

If you have an older Bach 42 or 50 trombone with no threaded receiver and the leadpipe has been removed, this part solders onto your horn and allows use of nearly any threaded leadpipe, including Bach, Conn, Getzen, Edwards, Shires and Kanstul.  May fit other instruments.  ID is .684"

These adapters add about 1/4" to the length of your horn.  Some players have said that it helped them. Others said that it was easily compensated for, and others have said that it may effect the way the horn plays. For those of you that are unhappy with the 1/4" of addition, you can use this adapter to try many different brands, styles, and materials in the leadpipe market. When you find the ones that you like best, you could then purchase the proper threaded ring that would match your horn. These are also made by Mike Olsen.  You could then have a tech mount that threaded ring to your newly chosen leadpipe.

Buttery Soft!
Color: Linen, Size: Throw(50"x60")
An incredibly soft throw that is holding up well. Not too heavy, not too thin. Perfect size for the sofa for one person. Make sure to wash in cold and air dry!

You will not regret buying this blanket!
Color: Aqua, Size: Queen/King Size - 80" X 90"
I was actually looking for a cotton blanket to add to my bed for fall and winter. Then I came across THIS one. It happens to be the exact shade of (“seaglass” or teal or aqua or whatever you choose to call it) blue green that I am currently redoing my bedroom in. It was a teense more than I’d planned to spend on this project. But I was in a splurgey mood so I went for it. I can honesty say that I’d happily pay twice as much. It’s much more beautiful and much more insanely soft than it looks in the pictures. While I don’t know how the blanket feels about me, I can assure you that I am madly in love with this gorgeous thing! I can’t wait for it to cool off in Southern California so I can roll myself up in it. Maybe I’ll crank the A/C down to 50 degrees and pretend there are more than two seasons (summer and late summer) in California. Anyway, this would make a great gift. It would make a great gift for yourself. Self care is important! Spoil yourself! You, at the very least, deserve a cozy cuddly blanket. I’m certain that this luxurious blanket will cure insomnia. Maybe even depression. I’ve owned it for like 2 hours and I have a whole new outlook on life! I feel pampered, spoiled, like queen of the world, maybe even like Cleopatra! I think that it should be obvious by now that I’m giving this furry looking blanket two thumbs way way up! Sometimes I order things from Amazon and by the time they arrive Ive already forgotten about them. I was anxiously awaiting my blanket friends arrival and I was prepared to be very meh. Not this time! Nope! Best purchase ever! I know what I’m getting everyone for Christmas! Buy several for future use. This blanket has made me deliriously happy! Update: After owning this blanket for, like, a while, I still love it. Shockingly it washes up beautifully! A word of advice. Fabric softener is a big no no. It gets the fur gummy and feeling like unwashed hair after a month. I imagine. I’ve personally never gone with unwashed hair for more than a day or two. It is at its fluffy and soft best when you use one of those new Downey rinses instead. That seems to remove all residue and it comes out feeling even better than brand new. A word of warning. Do not picnic on this blanket. The fur will encase and preserve your crumbs better than Tupperware. You may find a lost treasure that you don’t actually want in there. Best used for sleeping only.
