Clean daily with non-chloride detergents and soft cloths or plastic scouring pads. Always wipe in the direction of the steel’s polish lines, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Avoid abrasive cleansers, steel wool, and prolonged contact with saline or acidic solutions.

Soft, Warm, lightweight, Cozy

When I first received this blanket I washed it by itself in cold water with detergent. I did not use a fabric softener or a fabric sheet. I air dried it completely and then put it in my dryer on air fluff for 10 minutes. No shedding and it came out just like I received it. I was concerned about shedding with some of the reviews but I had no issues with that whatsoever. It's warm yet lightweight. I didn't want anything that would make me overly hot because I'm always hot anyway. It takes that cool edge off when you still want your overhead fan on. My daughter said she likes it better than the one she has. I can't remember the brand. I feel it has a good quality. Just make note to wash it as instructed and it'll hold up well and look just as nice as the way you bought it. I'm not sure how the other reviewers that didn't leave 5 stars washed there's, but it couldn't have been the correct way.
