This kit is based on Competitive ELISA detection method and takes 2h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with FSH. FSH in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of biotin labeled FSH for sites on a pre coated antibody specific to FSH. Free components are washed off.

The Donkey FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) ELISA Kit measures FSH in Donkey Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Competitive-ELISA detection method and takes 2h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with FSH. FSH in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of biotin-labeled FSH for sites on a pre-coated antibody specific to FSH. Free components are washed off. After adding HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC), biotin specifically binds with streptavidin to form immune complexes. Wash off unbound conjugate. Add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Compare OD450 value of sample with the standard curve through curve fitting software to determine the concentration of FSH in the sample. The concentration of the target substance is inversely proportional to the OD450 value.

I've ordered 8 of these Button-down collared, long sleeved Oxford shirts in eight different colors. I'm 6', weigh 195. And have a 44" chest and fairly broad shoulders. The XL give me ample room, plenty of shirt tail to tuck in. And are well made. The shirts have a nice soft feeling to them. If you wash them with like items, and dry them likewise, taking them out before the cycle ends and hanging them. You won't have a single wrinkle. The shirts are true to color, and true to size if you follow the size guideline. These are not tailor fit, but regular fit shirts. Fabric quality seems very durable and well made. There is no smell when receiving the shirts. No more so than buying a shirt at a retail store. They do come in a vacuum bag. The shirts are a little heavier than a poplin shirt and can be worn year-round. These are great casual shirts for jeans and a sport coat, or slacks. I like the quality and the colors. I also like the thickness of the shirts. All of the shirts I've bought, black, blue, etc, have white buttons. Which makes them more of a casual shirt. But well worth the price.
