Warning:
- Please band the glow stick and shake. Do not band them for more than 5 times, otherwise the glow stick may be leaked. Do band and shake the glow stick before giving the glow stick to the kids. Do not give the glow sticks to the children under 5 years old. Please also understand that a few glow sticks may be broken in the transport (especially 100 glow stick).
- Glow sticks may contain chemicals. Do not to puncture or cut the plastic cover on the glow stick. If breakage or leakage occurred, do not inhale, ingest or make direct skin contact.
- To activate glowstick, simply apply gentle pressure to the centre of the glowstick in a similar motion as if you were to break a pencil in half. This will then break the vial and allow the chemicals to mix creating the glow. Give it a gentle shake to complete. To prevent breakage or leakage, do not band the glowstick excessively.
- Not suitable for children under the age of Five. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Great product!

This is the best melatonin if I have trouble waking up in the middle of the night, I take 1 mg. Under my tongue and I can fall back to sleep. Excellent product. It's good enough that I only take one. Much better than other brands I have tried!

So far it does help me with becoming drowsy for sleep

So far this melatonin helps with making me drowsy, but I still take 1/2 a prescribed sleeping pill with it. Normally, within a half hour I am sleepy. I have not tried taking it by itself yet. I am a petite build, so I think my size factors in to how well it works for me. Flavor is okay. Easy to take melting it under my tongue. Price is okay. I like that it is sublingual and limited added ingredients. I don't usually take chamomile due to being sensitive to it in the past, but seems to be okay in this pill. It also seems to help me with staying asleep for a longer period of time.
