The AEM 22-688C Performance Air Intake System is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed to replace the restrictive factory air filter and air intake tubing while retaining the factory air box on some Lexus IS 250, IS 350 and RC 350 models. The air intake system comes with a replacement AEM high-flow air filter and a free-flowing aluminum intake tube that easily connects to your vehicle's factory air box and engine throttle body to dramatically increase air flow into your engine. With more air flowing through the custom-tuned intake tube, you experience more horsepower and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The air intake tube accomodates a breather hose and is finished with an attractive and durable gunmetal gray powder-coating that provides a clean, high-performance look under the hood. The AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed (depending on driving conditions). This air intake is designed for easy installation and simply requires one screwdriver and a ratchet set to do the job. The air intake system comes with AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards while others are 50 state legal. My son destroys shoes, same thing happened here.

For some reason my son started doing the duck walk at school and while performing this little trick for his classmates he ripped the rubber that wraps over top the toe. Now, instead of being glued up and into place, its basically sagging down. Thankfully that's the only thing that's gone wrong with these and honestly this sort of wear and tear is not typical. What I would say is that if your child is rough on shoes, I would pass on these. They are very nice, very light weight and are great for school. However, due to the design, they might not best good for some kids.
In terms of sizing and comfort, my son wears a 5 and these fit him very well. He has wide feet like his dad, and these don't bother him at all. He's says they're very comfortable and does enjoy wearing them.
