Directions: Diffuse at home or work. Add a few drops to your bath or mix with a carrier oil (Jojoba or Olive) and apply to your wrists and neck. For a cosmetic fragrance that balances the mood, in a dry glass container, pour in 2 Tbsp. of the chosen Carrier Oil, add 3 drops of Geranium Essential Oil, 3 drops Bergamot Essential Oil, and 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil. Cover the container and shake it well to thoroughly blend all the oils together. Apply to the wrist, the inside of the elbows, and the neck in the same way as a regular perfume. Herpes: Mix 2-3 drops of oil with a carrier oil (Jojoba or Olive) and apply to the affected area.
