Limited vinyl LP pressing. 2016 release, the twelfth studio solo album from the veteran rock singer/songwriter and former Police frontman. 57th & 9th is Sting's first pop/rock project in over a decade. The album, produced by Martin Kierszenbaum, represents a wide range of Sting's musical and songwriting styles, from the ferocious, Road Warrior-style imagery of 'Petrol Head' to the classic folk narrative Pretty Young Soldier. The first single, 'I Can't Stop Thinking About You', shows Sting at his most propulsive and danceable. The album title is a reference to the New York intersection Sting crossed every day to get to the studio in Hell's Kitchen where much of the album was recorded.

Works well
Size: 84 Count (Pack of 1)
After having gastric bypass surgery, I needed a fiber supplement that was gentle on the digestive system. These are perfect. No bloating at all and they keep thing regular and moving along.

CONVENIENT BUT MAY BE HARD FOR SOME TO SWALLOW
Size: 84 Count (Pack of 1)
I've tried lots of different types of fiber supplements. For convenience, this one is the best. A lot has been said about how large the pills are for swallowing, but I have bigger pills than these, and they go down fine. The issue is the shape of the pill. It's made not cylindrical, but with 4 faces with sharp corners. These make the pills tend to stick a bit on the way down. I would not recommend these pills for someone with swallowing difficulties. That being said, they do work.

Hard to swallow
Size: 84 Count (Pack of 1)
This pill should have been in a tumbler or something to make it smooth like others. Otherwise I've had no issies or side effects. I'll continue to buy it, but i with it was more smooth to swallow.
